Key responsibilities include advising clients throughout the contract lifecycle, from pre-contractual negotiations to execution and termination; identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks; and ensuring contracts align with clients’ business objectives. Draft, review, and amend a wide range of agreements, including service agreements, supply and distribution contracts, partnership and collaboration agreements, NDAs, and general terms and conditions.

Provide ongoing legal consultations on commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters, supporting clients in decision-making and dispute avoidance. Assist clients in interpreting contractual provisions, managing contractual disputes, and proposing practical solutions to resolve issues efficiently.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, management, and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and smooth execution of commercial transactions. Stay up to date with relevant legal developments and advise clients on their impact on existing and future contracts.
