1. Ensure that all works conform to contract documents i.e. BOQ, project plans/dwg, specifications and owner’s requirements.
2. Review & evaluate contractor’s submittals and recommend approval i.e. design & calculations, construction schedule, manpower schedule, equipment schedule, materials (long lead) schedule, quality plan, ITP, method statement, shop drawing, material submittal, Site safety plan, soil investigation report, materials laboratory test report, progress report, etc
3. Attend to contractor request for inspection (RFI), concrete pouring request (CPR) & issue site instructions as needed.
4. Review and idendifies inconsistinces among contract documents and recommend solution.
5. Conduct joint measurement with the contractor representative for the purpose of monthly payment approval.
6. Validate contractors Monthly progress billing.
7. Recommend solutions to all contractor inquiry and request for clarifications and informations (RFCI).
8. Coordination with other discipline, contractors and owner.
9. Attend & participate in coordination meeting.
10. Implement Site Safety Plan.

1. Direct execution of field works such as soil investigation, site preparation & layout, excavation, concreting of substructure/superstructure, finishing works & landscaping. Identify and implement solutions to site problems.
2. Review and identifies descripancies or errors among contract documents.
3. Supervise and control sub-contractor’s work and ensure compliance with quality requirements and contract documents.
4. Project resources handling such as manpower, equipment & materials.
5. Quantity survey, quantity take-off/ estimate, quantity sheet.
6. Prepare Monthly Progress Billing or Interim Payment Certificate.
7. Coordination works, shop drawing, revision of plans and as-built plans.
8. Prepare materials request and follow-up. Monitor & update work progress & accomplishment.
9. Prepare Request for Inspection (RF)I, Request for Clarification & Information (RFCI) & conduct joint inspection with the owner’s representative.
10. Conduct joint measurement with the owner’s representative for the purpose of monthly payment approval.
11. Implement Site Safety Plan.
12. Assume the position of Site Manager at the later stage of the project.
1. Project-In-Charge, Direct Execution of field activities from site preparation to finishing/landscaping works.
2. Ensure that the assigned projects are completed within the scheduled timeframe and conforming with approved plans, specifications, quality standards and workmanship.
3. Assess utilization of resources as the work is in progress.
4. Coordination works with all discipline, head office contractors, local authorities & owners.
5. Conduct and preside in the coordination meeting with all discipline & all contractors.
6. Implement Site Safety Plan.
7. Prepare Shop drawing and as-built plans.
8. Supervise contractor’s works & implement quality plan & standard.
9. Evaluate and validate and recommend approval of contractor’s monthly billings.
10. Evaluate & recommend approval of contractor’s cost proposals and other bid documents.
11. Prepare budgetary cost estimate and construction schedule.
12. Prepare Monthly report to the owner.
13. Secure necessary city or municipality permits.
1. Carry out quality control inspections in accordance with quality plan, ITP, project plans and specifications.
2. Ascertain that all materials that will be incorporated into the work conform to contract and or client’s requirements.
3. Prepare construction materials information for approval by the client.
4. Document filing and consolidation. Prepare QAQC Monthly Report.
5. Attend and participate in daily toolbox meeting.
