Responsible to fix the work system in the workshop as a whole, ranging from production planning, materials planning, capacity planning, resources planning and simultaneously implement total quality control.
Responsible to fix the work system in the workshop as a whole, production activity, tools design, maintenance and distribution of products to all units of PLN in the whole Indonesia base on Memorandum of understanding between PT. Masda and PLN.
Engaged in manufacturing capacity planning, resource, material and progress control. Prepared daily, weekly and monthly report and coordinated meetings inter-department, preparing sub-contract, planning materials / components bought out.
Set the order release to the workshop and monitor materials/components movement from one machine to other.Held a review meeting daily with subordinates and the results reported to the PPCSuperintendent.

Responsible for arranging the activities of machining / production in the machining section, at the same time improving the method of machining and simplification of production flow. Provide input regarding proposed changes to the design department design (design changes), process improvement, based on my previous experience. Make production reports and evaluation results directly to the Manager of production.
As Machining Superintendent: Involved in technology transfer projects lathe Celtic-14 brand in collaboration with Mondiale'81 NV, Belgium. Settlement of 1000 units lathes, from 1983 to 1994 and distributed to 27 provinces in Indonesia
