-Detailed engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of distributed control systems, safety systems, and field instrumentation.
-Control system design engineering, including preparation of configuration diagrams, functional write-ups, logic/loop diagrams, and I/O listings.
-Independently handling control system hardware and software detail design, engineering, application development, testing, integration of hardware & software, FAT & SAT with customer, site commissioning, and loop checking.
-Understanding of P&IDs, control narratives, and logic diagrams to define and implement software engineering applications.
-Proficient in the development of total plant logics, graphics, and configuration of server databases, reports, trends, alarms, historian, and LTA. Detailed station LAN configuration and multi-domain configuration.
-Experience in industrial automation communication protocols such as UGS (OPC-DA, Modbus, IEC61850), TCP/IP, Modbus, HART, Profibus (DP & PA), OPC (DA & AE), IEC61850, IEC60870-5-101/4, and GPS NTP protocol.
-Proficiency in PID loop tuning and commissioning of all auto control loops (CLCS, OLCS, and SFC) in the overall plant control system.
-Experience in Sequence of Events (SOE) configurations in the DCS system.
-Proficient in network concepts and configuration of web server asset management systems (AMS).
-Troubleshooting, maintenance, support, and corrective actions for DCS systems, safety systems, servers, workstations, network switches, and firewalls.
-Experience in control/safety systems functional/system testing, including factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT), and installation and commissioning of PLC/DCS systems.
