Job Responsibilities:
1. Reviewing & clearing sub-contractor (VATECH WABAG & PERMASTORE) documents.
2. Detail Engineering works for the Mechanical & Piping works as per the contractual requirement.
3. Plan the scope of work, schedule, resource requirement, cost associated with the work, procurement of GLS tank etc.
4. Achieve sales as per target given by the management.
5. Monitoring & controlling the documents involved in the project.
6. Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site.
7. Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution.
8. Plan and analyze all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
9. Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
10. Manage directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the Mechanical work groups at site.
11. Plan the execution of all Mechanical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical, electrical and civil groups.
12. Coordinate with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
13. Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all Mechanical groups at site.
14. Submit site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
15. Supports the Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the Mechanical groups at site.
16. Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
17. Perform other related duties as may be required by the Project Manager.
18. Ensure that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
19. Directly responsible for the safety of all Mechanical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards
20. Comply with all statutory requirements connected with the implementation of project.
21. Comply with the highest level of safety during all stages of work to avoid any type of incidents and or accidents. Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.

• 10 MLD Industrial Waste water treatment plant for Saudi Industrial Property Authority (Modon), Alkharj Industrial City, Near to Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Single point contact for all project related tasks.
2. Carrying out Project execution of STP/ETP/WTP as per the clients’ scope and management’s requirement, under the guidance / supervision of project manager.
3. Coordinating with Process & Purchase team for equipment specification finalization respectively.
4. Coordinating with other departments like Designs and Engineering, Logistics & commercial for timely and smooth completion of project.
5. Coordination between the client and vendors during project deployment.
6. Planning and monitoring the progress of work at site and to coordinate with erection and commissioning team to speed up the work at site and to execute as per schedule.
7. Planning & maintaining the cash flow of a project in positive .
8. To give proactive suggestions in order to complete the project below the budget allocated and before the target date.
9. Actively involved in Documentation to ensure the regular updation of all the documents.
10. Involve in decision making at critical situations thereby preventing loss of resources.
11. Ensuring that the deadline is met and the projects are taken to closure using the punch-list.
12. Following IMS documentation and conditions for project execution.

• 10 MLD based sewerage network system for Tamil Nadu slum clearance Board, India.
• 55 m3/hr UF-RO based water treatment plant for boiler application at NTPC ltd, kawas, Surat, Gujarat .
