Support adherence to ART, PMTCT services and prevention with positives (PWP) among the government health facility, basically health centers.
Participate in targeted evaluation and active MARPs finding and training them in collaboration with small enterprises of woreda and engaging them in small scale business activities within woreda
Strengthening & empowering anti AIDS clubs in schools, out school & work places
Facilitating training on HIV/AIDS work place police programming, IGA activity creating and small business management skills with cooperatives and small enterprises at woreda & zonal level
Supporting & strengthening VCT services in Health Centers and outreach service in community.
Supporting non-AB groups or youths on regular supply and appropriate usage and disposal of condoms and STI education and management
Supporting community level referral linkage based on our service directory and to appropriate health facility
Providing technical support and reporting training need upraised based on our target activities.
Monitoring and Evaluation of HIV/AIDS activities performed with government officials and other core partners.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual activity reports
Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor

I'm graduated in clinical nursing from Addis Ababa university and worked in public and private organization with all my professional privileges and keen knowledge I had gained from my study. I like joining utmost growing organization in any of the aforementioned areas to further develop my experience and skill to that destiny.
