DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare the final detailed estimation sheet for approval of the Manager with all take-off notes being considered.
• Responsible in preparing final offer letter containing the contract price and the highlighted terms and conditions for the offer.
• Prepares Commercial Submittals as per client/consultant requirements.
• Prepares Bills of Quantities, Measurements and value, submits and negotiates contract variations/additional works.
• Take off quantities
• Asses tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender.
• Responsible for meeting the necessary deadline of all estimation inquiries for submittal.
• Prepare necessary inquiries to be able to get supplier’s feedbacks on all materials and equipment for the services to be considered.
• Analyzing drawing and specification

• Prepares Technical & Commercial Submittals as per client/consultant requirements.
• Prepares Bills of Quantities, Measurements and value, submits and negotiates contract variations/additional works.
• Take off quantities
• Asses tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender.
• Preparation of quotation request and follow up for suppliers
• Monitors all incoming and outgoing tender inquiries
• Responsible for the preparation of the necessary queries to further proceed with the estimation of the tendered project as required.
• Responsible for meeting the necessary deadline of all estimation inquiries for submittal.
• Prepare necessary inquiries to be able to get supplier’s feedbacks on all materials and equipment for the services to be considered.
• Measures the drawings and calculate quantities of materials for procurement
• Coordinate with the procurement engineer/department and prepares material requests for required materials for job on hand projects
• Prepare monthly interim payment for and monthly progress report
• Prepare payment certificate for all the subcontractors and supplier

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Measures the drawings and calculate quantities of materials for procurement
• Responsible for contacting and gathering quotations from suppliers and makes cost comparison for procurement of materials.
• Prepare and submit estimates for construction and development work
• Monitor material deliveries and coordinate with suppliers for materials used in site
• Checks plans of remaining works and submits RFI/RFA to proceed shop drawing for implementation
• Prepares billing based on actual accomplishments at site
• Monitor and evaluate billings of sub-contractors and trade contractors
• Prepares weekly and monthly accomplishment reports
• Determine the standards of quality control of construction materials needed for the project
• Checks material requests as based on the computations as per Plans and actual requirements on site
• Checks plans of remaining works and submits RFI/RFA to proceed shop drawing
• Establish works needed in site prior to turn over
• Monitor, supervise and make schedule of remaining areas in site
• Estimates and shop draw remaining masonry works
