Job Responsibilities.
•To identify training needs, plan, develop and execute HSE training programs on all related issues and emergency management to all divisional employees in order to promote a safe. Working environment within the company’s HSE policy and guidelines.
To develop risk and emergency based training courses for contractors and employees and ensure that sufficient preventive training on the necessary HSE tools and equipment is provided, so that immediate action during emergency situations could. Conduct pre-job hazard analysis and walk-through and document safety conditions of the job site.
•Provide support in the development of safety meeting presentations and assists in conducting mandated safety training as per the HSE training matrix as needed and assist in reviewing employee training profiles for accuracy.
•Carry out daily HSE report.
•Maintain appropriate waste segregation and monitoring at site
•Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.
•Ensure an adequate system of recording & reporting in place.
•Follow up on incident report and submit investigation report.
•Conduct periodical inspection on vehicle, equipment and machinery.
•Monitoring & control sub-contractor to comply with company rule and regulation.
•Carry out tool box talk (TBT).
•Kept the Company Management fully informed on HSE site issues with daily, monthly written reports.
•Conduct Emergency Evacuation Drill.
•Monitor Site Pre Start work meeting provided by Supervisor. Conduction of safety induction and orientation for all employees, and others that are joining the projects at all level.
•Keeping and maintained an HSE file at the office and site.
•Adequate monitoring of workers welfare.
•Carry out heat stress work practice to minimize the effect of heat exposure.
•Carrying out risk assessments and considering how risks could be reduced.
• Carrying out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented.

- Run-way construction, Maintenance & personnel safety
Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency and hazardous materials.
• Ensuring all work injuries, work caused illness and dangerous events at the work place are investigated.
• Conducting appropriate health and safety education programs for junior staffs.
• Represent the company in inspections and hearing conducted by regulatory agencies.
• Health and Safety audits and technical advice to the company.
• Revised policies and procedures to minimize potential hazards.
• Performed daily walk-through for safety inspection of the facilities including fire systems. Documented and photographed findings and compiled and presented statistical data on safety activities to EH&S manager. Coordinated the installation and registration of fire extinguishers where necessary.

•Reveal latent conditions, gaps in standardization, misassumptions, and over-reliance on regulations in operations that can start the chain of events leading to an accident or incident
•Close gaps in security plans, recognize the signs of a security threat, and respond appropriately
