• Opening Accounts for new SME-customers.
• Responsible of issuing contracts such as (LPO, Murabaha Contract, Delivery Order, Mortgage Letter).
• Responsible for ensuring that appropriate contract related authorizations and documentation are obtained from the concerned departments to ensure completion of approval process.
• Establish and update records of all correspondence with customers related to sales and ensure documentation are completed in compliance with the approved policies and procedures.
• Preparing direct debit applications and submitting them through central bank system.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure that disbursal is done within the specified TAT.
• Ensuring that Sharia Rules, Compliance Guidelines & Bank Policies are being followed at all stages of Disbursal.
• Releasing payments to vendors.
• Preparation of MIS reports.
• Calculating the Incentive as per the agreement with Sales team.
After Sales Responsibilities:
● Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
● Responsible in meeting clients and following up their requirements such as arranging settlements, issuing Mortgage release letters, Liability Letters & etc.
● Dealing with traffic department for the registration of vehicles through (Mortgage System) - For (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Abu Dhabi).
● Solving banking issue of SME customers by coordinating with various departments such as branch operations, collection department etc.
● Delivering extra work beyond the customer’s expectation to maintain the relationship for future business.
Summary of Responsibilities
•Preparing Credit Analysis report.
•Analyzing bank statements & other relevant documents for information of all aspects (Financial & Legal) of the company with specific reference to turnover, profitability, variance analysis & identification of risk areas.
•To provide inputs during preparation of the renewed product programmed Guides to comply with bank / central bank.
•Liaising / coordinating with the team, department & branches to facilitate the sales.
•Maintaining daily tracker (MIS)
