HSE data analysis to identify the key issues, gaps and focus areas in improving the Health & Safety performance of the company.
Preparation and verification of Task Risk Assessment (TRA) for unique operation
Making Daily Routine Inspection at Work area
Report to Safety Manager regarding all accident, incident & near miss.
Participate in investigate all accidents, injuries, fires, property damage, and other safety related incidents issues and ensures that recommended preventive measures are carried out.
Perform Job Safety Analysis for both major and minor activities.

Participate in the preparation of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of new project site
Hazardous area Classifications of the facilities as per relative standards.

Study of Corrosion loops as per API 571 and 582 and studying damage mechanisms on PFDs and P&IDs.
Calculating the remnant life of all pipelines and operational and Static equipment of process units like CDU, PRU, LTU, and SRU etc.
Functioned as a process Engineer on Talisman Energy Limited, Malaysia, as part of CIMS, Computerized Integrity Management System.
Studying Isometric drawings of Pipelines and combining of Isometric drawings on a single drawing.
Marking of dead legs, weldolets, small bores, Flageolets, weld point, test points and on ISO metric drawings with the help of Process Flow Diagrams & Process and Instrumentation Diagrams study from the data given by Client.
Preparing of Asset Register of Test points, Weld Points, small bores, weldolets, flageolets and Tees with all necessary information needed at the time of maintenance and troubleshooting.
Different tasks like, Near miss, Work At Height, Safety awareness, Risk Assessment, PPE’S, Scaffolding, Confined Space, Power Tools and toolbox talks, Permit To Work, Accident Reporting and Investigation, Fire Fighting, Managing Manpower and Training of Staff, Take care of overall plant, housekeeping & safety issues were my basic field of duties.
