- drafting, vetting and proof-reading various types of contracts
- identifying and selecting relevant clauses from statutes and other sources; their application
- drafting due diligence reports, legal opinions pertaining to corporate law, property law and media law

- intensive legal research for local and international clients; creating concise reports
