ACHIEVEMENTS
Developed the technical scope of various projects in line of Ruwais City requirements. Planned and managed Condition Assessment exercises, and use results in developing Ruwais City Maintenance Priorities, that formed the basis of priorities, completed the Maintenance Framework of Ruwais City Asset in six months.

PROJECT
Facilities Management Consultancy Services at Ruwais City (managed by ADNOC). Later, worked with ADNOC Ruwais City Core Team.

JOB DESCRIPTION
I was involve in Project Planning, Project Development, Condition Assessment of Assets, Asset Management and other Facilities Management activities. I managed a condition assessor team and carried out condition assessment of various assets in Ruwais city managed by ADNOC.

Key Responsibilities includes:
• Developed project plan, monitor, and update progress. Prepare PMC weekly & monthly reports for client’s higher management.
• Maintained records for scope changes, trends, and variances that potentially affect schedule performance.
• Developed the data collection techniques for Condition Assessment of Asset using ASTM E2018 and International Infrastructure Management Manual (IIMM).
• Developed the Project Plan and strategy for carrying out the conditional assessment of assets. Also, managed the Condition Assessment of Ruwais City Assets of Ruwais, which include Residential Building and Villas, Concrete Drains Outlets, Independent Concrete Structures, Commercial and Public Buildings, Ruwais City Roads, Parks and Playground, Electrical Fixtures, Boundary Walls and Roof Water Proofing.
• Generated final reports based on the condition assessment data and strategically advising management to facilitate timely decision-making.
• Developed Maintenance Management Plan based on Condition Assessment Data to plan Maintenance activities according to priority.
• Compiled Consolidated Information of Ruwais City Assets and developed Ruwais City Property Portfolio.
• Attained Technical Knowledge of various Engineering Services and wrote Technical Scope of Work for Request for Tender (RFT) for engineering services; CCTV Systems to cover roads and streets of Ruwais City, Maintenance of CCTV Systems, Installation of Fibre Optics to facilitate Engineering services in Ruwais City, Installation of Poles for CCTV Cameras installation and Traffic Impact Study for the Construction of Overhead Bridge.
• Planned and prepare RFT for the integration of engineering services as an initiative to transform Ruwais into Smart City.
• Developing the Criteria for Technical Evaluation of Tenders and Evaluating Technical Bids.
• Worked as a team member covering Technical aspects for the Business Case Study for The Integration of Engineering Services.
• Assisted IT team to implement CAFM system as per Facilities Services requirements.
- Developed Assets hierarchy to provide suitable framework to structure and store asset data in CAFM.
- Developed guidelines for Asset Surveys and Data Collection.
- Provided Guidelines for the application of ASTM Standards for Asset Structure.
- Ensure Asset and components are properly link into the CAFM system.
• Compiled Policies and Procedures for various sections of Ruwais City Unit.

ACHIEVEMENTS
As lead Manager, managed and provided directions to coordinate with consultants’ interactions in design, operations, health & safety implementation, and reducing any environment impacts. Project completion was completed on time. Coordinated with Electrical team and completed the energizing of Electrical Sub-station in 20 months from construction.

I dealt with all aspects of civil works including foundations for 33 nos wind turbine, 132 kV sub-station and access roads. I was responsible for managing and coordinating consultants, contractors and safety consultants. I also monitored progress and performed inspections for quality control. I promoted a safe work environment and ensured strict adherence to site safety policies.

I was responsible for managing and coordinating consultants, contractors and safety consultants. I also monitored progress and performed inspections for quality control. • Reviewed the project Schedule periodically to ensure all activities are meeting deadlines and achieving milestones.
• Reviewed Consultants & Contractors Progress, planning and Scheduling reports.
• Advised and monitored consultants correspondence to negate any expected EOT from contractor.
• Reviewed contractor’s submittals, design drawings, specifications and construction methodology of civil structures and roads.
• Actively involved in all phases of work related to architectural and civil designs, construction activities of buildings and access roads and, wind turbine locations.
• Served as an interface between the management, consultant and contractor and made sure all project activities executed smoothly.
• Assisted management with regards to project activities and execution in accordance with executed contract, per company policies and procedures and work instructions.
• Provided recommendations with corrective actions to overcome the delays.
• Reviewed the project activities and work performed by consultants, contractors, Geo-technical engineers and structure designers.
• Ensured that responses to Requests for Information are provided in a timely manner.
• Performed site assessments for road feasibility, identification of potential wetlands and proposed water collection system layouts.
• Reviewed final construction documentation (i.e., “As-Built”).
• Attended monthly project meetings and to ensure project progress is on track. Also, provide support and direction to achieve on-time project completion.
• Handled complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, and CSR activities.
• After project completion, assisted and managed contractor during Wind Farm O&M for Asset Management.
