Outline Working as a Sr. Maintenance Engineer, I am responsible for the effective resolution of Machine Breakdowns with a prime focus on eradication of the root causes, planning, and execution of maintenance activities, installation and commissioning of projects, working in a continuous improvement team to deliver maximum EE, waste reduction, Budgeting and spare parts management.
Key Responsibilities
• Accountable for technical problem identification, developing and implementing solutions to provide consistent, reliable, technically proper condition of dedicated technological equipment.
• Responsible for developing and timely implementation of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Execution of equipment PLC upgrades and improvements at responsible area including Siemens Automation Systems.
• Conducting in-depth root cause analysis of all breakdowns and other technical problems at dedicated area with further countermeasures developing and timely implementation.
• Developing of technical procedures, manuals, SOPs and OPLs to develop knowledge of maintenance and production staff.
• Designing of electrical schematics, drawings and other technical documents for parts and components manufacturing.
• Responsible for TAG and Work Order timely execution at responsible area.
• Responsible for essential tools, devices and consumables to repair and maintain technological equipment.
• Active participation in implementation of investment and non-investment projects.
• Formulating proposals for technological equipment upgrades and enhancements.
• Lead role in WCM activities within the scope of Planned Maintenance pillar and other factory pillars.

Outline Responsible for the overall machine reliability, maintenance, and projects. Working closely with the process team to ensure the authenticity of quality barriers and reduction of process waste.

Key Responsibilities
• Planning and execution of Preventive and Corrective maintenance activities.

• Reduction in Machine Breakdowns by 100% elimination of Breakdowns repetition for over 6 months.
• Early resolution of Flywheel UPS Breakdown by in-house repairing of faulty equipment saving over 2 million PKR in fuel cost for generators.
• Design of Automatic process ink control system.
• Work on Reliability of Print Register Control System adding to the zero claims from customers of Factory Strategy.
