❶ Specific works: Monthly/weekly checks of the office, residences and verifies that everything is ok.
Purchasing for office according to ICRC rules
Make R.O, P.O and I.R for purchasing.
Daily update maintenance and purchasing file
Weekly update inventory file
❶ General Maintenance, Repairing works: Maintains and perform minor repairs to electricity network of delegation (short circuits, fuses, D.B Boards, etc) as well as some electrical devices.
Maintains and perform minor repairs to water supply system of delegation and residences.
Making office /residence items inventory and update record
Organizes and supervises Domestic and daily workers duties according to priorities.
❶ Miscellaneous: Provide support when required (deliveries, handy work etc.)
Give advice and proposes suitable solutions.
Keep update about innovation and new maintenance products /companies of the local market.
❶ General Duties: Understand the three components of the Red Cross / Red Crescent movement.
Apply security rules at all times.
Respects and observes the staff regulation of the ICRC.
Systems: Windows 2000/XP/2K3/VISTA, Mac OS, ANDROID
Databases: Oracle, MS Access, IBM SPSS Relational Databases
Languages: Visual Basic, SQL, HTML, Java
Software: MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, AutoCAD, Autodesk 2D, 3D,
IBM Lotus Notes, IBM SPSS, SAP, CORELD DRAW, Inpage
