Working at Technical BSS Deployment department; responsibilities include:
Working closely with Company’s prime Vendor Alcatel to meet project time scales and quality of works.
Managing extensive Roll Out which includes installations/commissioning of BTS’s(Macro & Micro), BSC’s, TC’s in coordination with ALU.
Managing In-house activities (Installation/ commissioning of New sites, expansions, reconfigurations)
Responsible for managing Ater addition/GPRS launching projects as per planning concerns
Managing execution of MW links plans and their installation/commissioning in coordination with Meson vendor.
Managing database for Daily roll out activities and Pre/Post commissioning issues during acceptance and their rectification in coordination with Vendor, OAN, and RF Optimization etc.
Inter-departmental coordination with all concerned departments (RF planning, BSS planning, TXN planning, NOC, OAN) for complete execution of plans including commissioning of new sites, BSCs, Site Redesign WOs etc.

Site Quality Audit visits to list down the Installation/Hardware/Quality flaws in the network.
Special event expansions to fulfill user requirement.
Installation & maintenance of ALU Alcatel macro & mobile BTS.
Looking after swap project of zero back battery sites.
Looking after installation/commissioning of Repeaters (e.g. Remotek, R17-Gd) for rectification of coverage issues.
Mobilink Pakistan -RF Optimization Department (C III) (2007)
Regular RF Optimization Activities include:
Carrying out Routine and Issue Based Drive Tests using TEMS Investigation to identify areas having coverage, quality & connectivity issues.
Monitoring Network performance and identifying RF related issues through BSS network KPIs .
Carrying out parameter trials on regular basis to achieve commitment KPIs.
Manual fine tuning of existing frequency plan on the basis of Coverage by Signal level Predictions, C/I Plots and MapInfo.
