• Facilitate in setting up a new Oil and Gas Ball Valves and Wellhead manufacturing facility in Jubail, KSA compliant to API 6D, API6A, API16A, API5CT and API7-1.
• Plan and develop shop floor routing for production processes.
• Train and implement KAIZEN philosophy at the workplace for maximum production efficiency and subsequently optimize the business processes.
• Generate all the Machines, Tools and Equipment and accessories requirement.
• On-shore and Offshore site visits for technical evaluation of new requirement from the customers and after sales support.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Daily Production planning. - Resources planning. - Read Manufacturing Drawings and define every stage of Manufacturing of the Valves and Fittings. - Identify Raw Material, Tools and Accessories requirements and generate Purchase Requisitions accordingly. - Generate Work Orders and define Manufacturing & Servicing Stages in a Sequence as per the Scope of work. - Responsible to generate Bills of Material request for Raw material and consumables as per the Work order through ERP system. - Create and maintain all the records regarding Production related activities. - Co-ordinate and update Plant Manager daily for smooth operations and Job execution. - Plan and conduct Client/Third Party inspections during various Manufacturing and Servicing stages. - Leading the team in Commissioning, Installation and Calibration of various type of Actuators including Field Instruments like Limit Switches, Pressure switches and Servicing of Gear boxes on the valves.
Responsible for the Maintenance and Calibration of Control Valves (MOV’s, Pneumatic, NRV, …). - Knowledge of Testing and Calibration of Pressure Transmitters. - Responsible to provide preliminary estimation and technical evaluation of resources required to execute a job for each inquiry related to services or manufacturing. - Responsible to create and analyze monthly Resources Utilization Report. - Define and analyze Key Performance Indicators for each Stage of Production. - Responsible to review Production Department SOPs and arrange and provide various Procedural training to Production team. - Responsible to analyze Inventory of Raw material and Consumables through ERP system. - Responsible to create, review and implement Preventive Maintenance plan for the Machine shop.
Lead the team in Commissioning, installation and Calibration of Actuators and Gear boxes on the valves. - Supervise Services like overhaul, Maintenance & Calibration of Relief Valves, Control Valves and ON/OFF valves. - Responsible for the supervision of service and overhauling of various kind of actuators. - Stimulate documentation related to job assigned. - Responsible for the smooth operations of testing shop, machine shop, assembly shop, painting and coating shop, welding and fabrication shop and blasting shop. - Responsible for overlooking man hours and planning of jobs. - Responsible for planning and conducting inspection to the client for new & repaired valves and fittings.
