Currently working with AIR PRODUCTS JIGH Project in collaboration with the Royal Commission for Jubail Industrial City. as a Material and Warehouse Supervisor. To oversee all material control activities at the construction site and support the construction manager in carrying out their duties by the project's rules, procedures, budget, and schedule. the creation of an organizational chart outlining roles, duties, and lines of responsibility for the material control team. to develop the policies and strategies that will govern the project material management practices in cooperation with the procurement manager. by the overall construction plans and timetables, to establish the material control plan.to establish the Site Materials Control Procedures in cooperation with the Procurement Manager. to administer the budget after participating as necessary in its creation.
PETROJET DOWNSTREAM PIPELINES HARADH (HUG 2) Aramco Project as a Material Control Engineer and steel Structure Engineer. Involved in all areas of material control for piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation, Bulk material, Major and minor equipment, Reading and interpreting Aramco and manufacturer's catalogs and printouts is required. Daily, initiates all orders for services, materials, and equipment, beginning with basic program needs. Analyze bids for best price and delivery to ensure the Suppliers Meet Project requirements inspection of materials received for quality assurance Goods received. It is necessary to have a thorough understanding of materials and equipment, as well as the ability to quickly recognize them. To ensure timely and effective delivery, execute transportation logistics. Knowing how to keep track of all regular supplies' inventory levels and taking action to minimize shortages.
Selecting new products and reviewing the old, Finding the right suppliers, Negotiating prices (so the store doesn’t get ripped off), Ensuring the products are delivered on time, Helping to interpret reports and predicting future sales, Pitching ideas to senior management, Stock control, Budgeting, Reacting to any changes in customer demand, Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers while seeking new ones, Attending trade events, Getting feedback from customer.
In various capacities such as Material Management Systems Administrator and Controller, with wide exposure to Material Purchasing, Material Expediting, Inventory and Stock Controller, Stock Analyst, Store Technician, Data Entry and Field Material Computer System. All these experiences are in the field of construction and maintenance of Petroleum Refinery, Oil & Gas .Good knowledge of Inventory Management (Goods Receipts, Goods Issue, Stock Transfer and Invoice Verification), Vendor Master, Material Master, Overview and Purchasing Info Record under SAP Systems.
Coordination (Quantity checking for each incoming Materials depends on Delivery Notes).
Maintain a record a complete a record for incoming & outgoing Materials.
Specification checking for completes incoming Materials.
To make a Material Inspection Report (MRIR).
Coordination (Segregate the Materials for Drawing vice & put the tag).
Maintain the Inventory.
Familiar with Material Storage method.
All record keeping is in computerized.
Familiar with Material tracking System.
Making a report for Damage Materials.
Correspondence with Maintenance & Purchase teams.
Coordinate with the logistic team, regarding the incoming materials.
Prepare Materials Shortage List for all areas on Project CCPP 2.
Transported a variety of container and bulk goods, materials, and tools.
Processed material into and out of the delivery organization by using different methods.
Placed and handled items in cargo space by considering their shapes, size, stock number, and other storage factors.
Maintained the records of different types of equipment and tools.
Kept list of defective and expired material.
Communicated with seniors if any problem regarding material handling.
Able to list out received material with their number and other information.
Capable to handle the transportation of products to proper inventory site.
Good knowledge of different methods which helps in processing material.
Strong experience as the material handler.
Good in English communication.
Excellent in computer practice.
