•Supervision of all mechanical and welding and piping and coating inspectors.

•Project Procedures and Method Statements Preparation.
•ITP and Check list Preparation.
•Prepare daily report and weekly and monthly quality reports.
•Guidance to the construction and Planning Department.
•Daily and weekly toolbox meeting.
•Quality awareness program weekly.
•Keep the QC personnel updated with the latest revision of various international standards like ASTM, SSPC, NACE, API, ASME, British standards etc...
•Assigning QC inspectors at various plants as per production schedules with the coordination of Construction personal.
•Confirmation of non conformance reports issued by QC inspectors.
•Co-ordination with NDT Inspections.
•Assessment report coordination with OID.(Operation and Insp. Department)
•Traceability Preparation and Hydro Test Package preparation.
•Review Weld maps and As-Built for final documentation.
•& Submittal of QC Dossier and Engineering Document to the client.
•Preparing and maintaining of Project Quality Plan, site Quality Control Plan and Test Plan, etc.
•Conduct Material Receiving Inspection in Accordance with the Specifications.
•Conduct Material Receiving for Mobile Skid
•Specify "Hold Point" and coordinates with the client representative for approval.
•Ensure that the drawings are in the current revision and approval for fabrication by authorized representative.
•Conduct dimensional, joint and visual inspection FRP and metallic piping (underground and above ground piping).
•Fit-up inspection, field piping inspections (above ground and underground piping) for tanks pipe and pressure vessel.
•Conducting and witnessing of hydrostatic pressure test for valves and piping (above ground and underground piping).
•Conducting and witnessing of Gauging for pipeline
•Conducting and witnessing of Caliper Survey for piping (above ground and underground piping).
•Conducting and witnessing of Positive Material identification (PMI)
• Witnessing of Hot Tapping Activity inside Haradh Gas Plant
•Working independently to plan and schedule own activities necessary to meet timelines.
•Conduct inspection in accordance with the approval inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
•Prepare non-conformance report for all non-conformities and coordinate with Project
•Management for possible corrective measures.
•Visual inspection adhesive bonded, butt & wrap lamination, rubber seal lock joint of underground piping.
•Monitor traceability of all piping materials shall be in correct specification or any substitute materials shall be inspected and accepted by main contractor's quality assurance prior to start-up the work.
•Implement quality assurance, quality control inspection procedure and project specifications.
•Ensure all quality control activities are performed in accordance with relevant ITP, QCP, WPS applicable codes and project specifications.
•Inspection of flange joint& orientation of pipe lines.
•Inspection of tie-in verification.
•Preparation of hydro test & tie-in packages.
•Preparation inspection reports and other relevant documents.
•Line checking and prepare punch list, review of isometric drawing and control sheets.
•Maintain quality in accordance with applicable codes and Specification.
•Attend punch list activities prior to final acceptance of piping system.
•Site surveillance to check the construction work and give comments it necessary according to standard installation.
•Review of test packages, line checking and punch listing along with client inspector.
•Monitor and inspect all phase of piping in construction, work progress in compliance with the piping material specification and project quality control plan.
•Responsible of supervising and controlling the constructions work in accordance with Engineering documents / drawings. Ensure assigned construction operations and subcontractors performance incompliance with specifications and within planned schedules.
•Fabrication of Piping according to the isometric drawing.
•Installation of piping according to the standards.
•Preparation of WRR for field.
•Ensure that safety, project quality plan and standards set by the clients are attained.
•Monitor tools, tackles and equipment requirements and to ensure productivity and quality of work are maintained by the supervision under their control.
•Implement site organization and workforce management to ensure quality of work and meet work schedule to be completed on time. On large, medium and small job, schedules and directs multidiscipline craft activities within a specific area of project. Ensure safe and efficient working in the fabrication shop and site erection.
•Responsible for supervising and directing operations within assigned discipline or area under his responsibility such as work schedule, materials, tools and manpower requirements.
