- Responsibilities
o Prepare Project documents not limited to (Project Charter, Project Dash Board, Project Plan, Quality Management document, Risk Management Plan, Communication Management, Business Requirements, Testing Plan, Test Case, UAT document and Training document, etc…).
o Define Business Process Re-engineering and change mangement.
o Define Integration Process and Integration Solution with Awqaf Authority.
o Prepare require documents (Project Initiation, Plan, Project Execution, Project Closure document).
o Define Integration System Process and Integration Solution with concern Application not limited to (eDirham Gateway Payment, Evaluation Application, Licensing Application, etc…)
o Ensuring the project execution smoothly, timely and successful according to the schedule.
o Manage, lead project technical team and ensure all policies and procedures are being done as the project planned and designed.
o Build, impalement integration plan with HAJ Application of General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments.
o Prepare Project(s) status report and Communicate with project owner, project sponsor and discussed project issues.
o Implement software standards in development application.
o Manages coordinator and assists to prevent re occurrence issues and coordinate with technical to resolve.
o Ensuring the applications develop comply with quality standards cover all business, functional requirements
o Develop and maintain efficient quality assurance tests according to requirements and prepare reports for same for all test activities and collaborate with developers and business analysts and evaluate all documents.
o Coordinate with teams to assist in developing all resources for projects, identify all required defects, design all test cases for all regression programs and manage efficient handling of all regression tests.
