5- Risk Management:Assessing and mitigating risks associated with procurement processes. by having always the BCP in place.
6- Quality Assurance: Ensuring products or services meet the required standards and specifications.
7- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational policies.
8- Maintaining the SPM& SRM: Cultivating strong relationships with suppliers for long-term partnerships.
9- Sustainability: Incorporating Responsible Sourcing and ethical practices into procurement processes.

Al-Nahdi Steel is a quality certified steel producer, which has demonstrated a track record in
the Saudi market.
- I was hired to supervised and lead a team of 8 employees, site drivers in directing, managing the transfer of materials and equipment’s from the demolished site to the new construction site.
- Collect all recyclable materials from the demolished site which could be reused safely for a new construction. I was Involve in coaching and mentoring of the team.
- Coordinated between contractor, warehouse and team to successfully transfer the required materials within its designated place and stipulated time.
- Created and published reports detailing all aspects of team performance to review results with Operations Sales Manager on a weekly basis.
- I was allocated to assembled, tested the sub-assemblies and products.
- Final tested and packaged of the orders.
