Job Description: (First Mall Receptionist)
1-give all kind of information to guest inside and outside Four Seasons Hotel
2- make a reservation for eight different outlets and Restaurants of all Complex
3- Receive and transfer over than eighty phone calls during one shift.
4- Reporting all actions and events that are happening in the main Entrance and lobby area inside the mall of the hotel.
5- handle Lost & Found items and forms carefully till handed it over to the guest
I finished my German Studies .. now i speak English , Arabic , German
