• Play a leading and pivotal role in supporting the project executives, leaders, and project managers in monitoring and controlling the performance of contracted services to ensure services are effective, meet statutory requirements and deliver the desired outcomes.
• Manage the Contract Administration Team.
• Coordinate all matters regarding contract administration, claims, disputes, contract interpretation, and cost analysis.
• Develop, implement and manage systems and procedures for the monitoring of external and internal contracts to ensure that contractual compliance issues are resolved both timely and effectively.
• Make knowledgeable recommendations regarding contract procurement and types of underlying contracts and agreements.
• Lead the continuous improvement of commercial processes through refining contract formulation activities, systems, and procedures.
• Identify potential claims, check for compliance with applicable contractual terms, and ensure effective negotiation and settlement of claims.
• Prepare claims to effectively negotiate with contractors, including the calculation of losses incurred through defaults on contractual obligations. Formulate suggestions to remedy the failure to meet contractual obligations.
• Oversee the financial budget to ensure the cost-effectiveness and value for money of contracts.
• Responsible for all financial contract management activities including the review and the approval of payment certificates, and invoicing from subcontractors and to the client.
• Responsible for the timely preparation of legal and contractual documents such as; Request for Proposals (RFP) and other legal or contractual documents.
• Collaborate with colleagues across organizational lines to obtain and communicate business information necessary for the PMC to more effectively monitor the status of the project

1- Development of King Abdul Aziz Endowment (DOKAAE) The project consists of a large podium topped by seven towers accommodating several elements with a total built-up area of around 1, 500, 000 m2. The project includes 7 Hotels & Residential Towers, Food Courts, Shopping Mall and Car Parks, cultural facilities, Medical center & observatory budget of 11.8 Billions and consultant Dar Al Handassa

Duties
• managing and dealing with all contractual matters that arise either from office-based procurement, are reverted to head office by the site-based QS for further investigation or relate to other contractual matters as directed by the PM OR SPMs.
• directly manage workload distribution, the role encompasses overseeing the formation and administration of office procured contracts across project life cycle and working with the Procurement Manager on all pre-qualification.
• compilation of bid requests, receipt of bids, bid evaluation, award, monitoring contractor performance.
• Following award of contracts, to conditions of contract, back charges, resolution of claims and disputes, monitoring and approval of applications for payment through to final contract closure.
• Analysis and Apply all legal conditions related to procurements Laws from the different ministries which Affect the procurement procedures.
• In addition to engaging with different Stakeholders in both inhouse and external
• establishing and managing Supplier-Diversity Program.
