Managing the procurement department, consisting of : Sourcing, Contracts and vendor management, and procurement support.
Setting the department strategy, and vision.

• Manage and monitor ENEC Korea Office budget and spending, and prepare the annual budget forecast to Finance.
• Manage ENEC Korea Office contracts with all suppliers and service providers in Korea. (Negotiations, renewals, etc...)
• Manage and maintain all ENEC assists in Korea.
• Manage all logistics and accommodation arrangement for ENEC staff in Korea and monitor the utilization of all service providers.
• Establish and manage all procurement activities in Korea and coordinate with ENEC Procurement in UAE to finalize agreements. (Tendering, RFPs, negotiations, recommendations for award, etc…)
• Manage ENEC Korea office manpower contracts. (Compensation, benefits, interviews, hiring, etc…)
• Support VIP visits to Korea and insure all arrangements are in place. (logistics, accommodations, catering, escorting)
• Prepare weekly report to ENEC Korea Office Manager and Supply Chain & Procurement Executive Director.
• Sourcing the Korean market for better opportunities, and establish good relationships with the Korean suppliers to improve efficiency, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.
