utility; operating control the operation process maintain smother ruining for the plant which contain : boilers, compressors, mix bed, desalination unit, fresh cooling water, sea water intak
operating and control plant, monitoring parameters to keep safe of operation process, using DCS system (mesto)
• P.A. plant: phosphoric acid plant which contains: concentration unit, cooling tour with 6 cells, reaction system, belt filters, vacuum system, tank farm and loading/Unloading section.
• Utility plant, which contains: external & internal water treatment, boiler, dosing pumps and sea water pumps.
• P.A. plant : phosphoric acid plant which contains: boll mill, dosing pumps, concentration unit, cooling tower with 18 cell, tank farm, reaction system, flash cooler, vacuum system, belt conveyer and bucket elevator.
• D.A.P plant: di- ammonium phosphate, which contains: burner, dryer, granulator, crasher, bucket elevator, belt conveyer, ammonia evaporator, ammonia storage tank & compressor.
Occupied position as Filed operator in:
• Utility plant, which contains: external & internal water treatment, boiler, dosing pumps and sea water pumps.
• P.A. plant : phosphoric acid plant which contains: boll mill, dosing pumps, concentration unit, cooling tower with 18 cell, tank farm, reaction system, flash cooler, vacuum system, belt conveyer and bucket elevator.
• D.A.P plant: di- ammonium phosphate, which contains: burner, dryer, granulator, crasher, bucket elevator, belt conveyer, ammonia evaporator, ammonia storage tank & compressor.
• Monitoring and controlling plant processes and act the needed action to handle troubleshoots.
• Checking, preparation, operating, and recording, reading the followings:-Water treatment unit including pretreatment, pumps, heat exchangers, valves, dryers, compressors, agitators, cooling towers, vacuum system.
• Dealing with process indicators: Flow, Level, Pressure, Temperature.
• Received work permits and preparation jobs for safety conditions & follow the safety.
• Reading and analyzing (PFD), (PID).
• Writing daily job reports, work report, shut down items, safety permits.
• Preparing time sheet, vacations schedule for team work.
العمل ميداني قي موقع العمل حيث يتطلب مراقبة المعدات وومعدات المصنع والحفاظ على سلامتها وسلامت الافراد, وملاحظات المتغيرات الوظيفية مثل الضغط والحرارة والتدفق وغيرها وتسجيل القراءات وقراءات الرسم الهندسي للمعدات وكتابة التقرير اليومي للعمل والوتصل مع المشرف ومشغل غرفة التحكم للنجاز العمل بالشكل المناسب والامن, دون أي اصابات, وطبعا التحلي بروح الفريق حيث يتطلب العمل التواصل مع افراد من الصيانة والسلامه العامة والمتقاعدين من خارج الشركة مما يتطلب حسن التعامل ودقة اعطاء المعلومة
العمل بحد ذاته ممتع واراى فيه تحقيق لذاتي وبدفع في روح الطموح للوصول للافضل
