- Develop annual budget plan per business plan and other BU requirements (consulting, internal projects, etc.).
- Monitor BU spending as per budget allocated.

- Approve and monitor spending on: Commissions, Partner payments, Petty cash, and Wholesale settlements (Inter-BU)
- Maintain customer accounts. And update bad debt, black list, etc.
- Monitor billing activities and ensure customer orders are billed correctly.

- Handle back office systems for collections processes.
- Revenue assurance.
- Receive and provide bank guarantees.
- Participate in setting cost accounting drivers.

Managing a portfolio sized more than SR 1 Billion.
- Analyzing financial performance of existing as well as prospective relationships.
- Managing a portfolio comprising of 45 relationships, assessing risks embodied in each account, finding tactics to minimize the risk, and preparing the annual/ interim credit packages.
- Establishing means and restructuring the credit facilities to improve profitability generated from the portfolio.
- Marketing credit facilities and financial services to existing and potential commercial clients, with full responsibility towards the achievement of the annual budget of the portfolio under responsibility.
- Deliver competitive services to obtain clients’ full satisfaction.
