I reduce cost per BBL (BOE) through comprehensive analysis of budgets and production targets. I initiate procedures for ensuring health and safety, and environmental protection within business operations. I conduct regular risk evaluations and HSSE inspections, and devise training plans for secure execution of business operations. I function in collaboration with contractors for ensuring the implementation of HSSE and internal guidelines. I organise and chair regular site planning and coordination meetings with OOCEP staff. I resolve operational staff issues in a timely manner through demonstrating exceptional leadership and management proficiencies. I create and deliver communication reports to all levels of management for supporting in informed decision making.

☛ Oversaw field operation for Block 60 and achieved predefined KPI’s, including plant uptime by more than 99 %, preventive maintenance by 98.34 %, corrective maintenance by 99.87 %, zero LTI and high potential incidents, PTW audit, and flaring volume average of 0.225 mmscf/d.

☛ Spearheaded the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, including RO Plant Project: managed operating of RO plant partially due to operational requirements and management commitments, Crude Oil Offloading Project: commissioned and operated by O&M team.

☛ Monitored O&M team performance, assessed training needs, and delivered required resources for attaining individual and corporate goals. Delivered executive leadership to teams for drilling 15 new production wells.

• Ensured public safety and gas deliverability by maintaining the functionality and integrity of the Company’s facilities: Gas Compressor station, Gas Supply Stations, Block Valve Station and 18"/24"/36" Hi pressure live gas pipelines.

• Rectified an oil leakage in 24” gas pipeline ESD valve actuator.
• Served as Emergency Response Manager during 24" live Hi pressure gas
pipeline split tee welding activity on the Salalah - Sahirawl gas pipeline for the
new water/power plant.
