- Implementing Oracle ERP system with the IT & developer.
- Write & review and Update all the Policies and Procedures for Financial Dept and Research Center.
- Participating in many committees for different purposes as financial controller to discuss different projects.
- Prepare annual operation plans and budgets for the department.
- Provide consultation for other departments & similar health organizations.
