Conducts lectures for undergraduate-level civil construction engineering courses such as construction management, risk management, project planning, and reinforced cement concrete. Evaluate students’ competencies in the related subjects.

Determined preliminary (BIM 5D) cost estimation and budget of construction simulation with Synchro Pro analyzing of cost schedule process, financial plan, and budgeting process.
Inspected the construction work activities regularly and provided suggestions to management to ensure that the contractor(s) follows the contract and the building codes, Technical specifications, shop drawing, and material approvals to ensure that the project implementation within the predefined standard, and quality within the timeline.
Coordinated between client and contractor with other Engineering fields on behalf of the project manager for any changes affecting design during construction, participated in technical and progress meetings, and provided project reports.
