Suggested new sites to enhance Syriatel network coverage and increase our market share. \nSelected new sites locations and conducted their radio surveys. \nMade new sites Radio Designs using Optimi X-Wizard for coverage prediction and issued the needed documents. \nMade new sites frequency plans (GSM) using Optimi X-AFP, scrambling codes plans (UMTS), neighboring relations, set parameters values and issued the needed documents. \nAnalyzed new sites integration DTs and tuned their parameters values to meet the planned goals. \no Monitored radio network performance and KPIs and sent reports to higher management. \no Improved Radio network KPIs and solved performance issues through HW and SW modifications. \no Analyzed general DTs and conducted them in some cases. \no Solved customers’ complaints.
