Duties and Responsibilities: • Head of HVAC department for ADIA
• Follow up and control maintenance programmer and ensure the standard operation for ACMV equipments included (chillers, air handling units, package units, fan coil units, split units, chilled water pumps& pipe network, BMS controls) at all terminal buildings, ancillary buildings, ATCC, airside
• Supervision, following up and controlling all project for refurbishment of air-conditioning units / system, Terminals 1, 3 and transit building
• Prepared annual budgets and purchasing schedules for plant and equipments
• Monitored spare parts in the stores and updated lists of spare requirements
• Evaluation spare parts quotations and recommended suitable suppliers
• Ensure safety rules and regulations are re-introduced to his team.

• Daily rounds on all terminals to ensure airport facilities are in good condition.
• Coordinates with head of section for major task requiring special skills.

• Implement preventive maintenance oat to fixed times according to schedule.
• Coordinates with Head of section for ongoing works.
• Ensures all staff with proper knowledge and trainings.
• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Assigned and sent to KLIMAK Company in Italy for visual inspection, commissioning and air performance testing of air handling units installed at terminal 3.
