• NOTE: Lead PEPSICO/ GCC BU/ Supply Chain for obtaining the OHSAS 18001 Certificate June 2015.
• Develop the EHS PMP.
• Promote safety & health awareness and motivate the best behaviors.
• Conduct the competency assessment.
• Develop the training programs and conducted as per the competency plan.
• Investigate and review the circumstances and causes of accidents.
• Develop the RA and AHA, set the proper controls and preventive measures.
• Develop the EHS pre-site planning.
• Develop the Performance monitoring Plan.
• Conduct Self inspection monthly basis.
• Procuring the safety equipment, as per the standard catalog.
• Checking & observing safety rules & regulations
• Conducting the meetings of entire staff at regular intervals, & impress upon safety requirements &compliance.
EHS manager, develop the EHS MS, Safety policy,EHS Risk managements system, Training evaluation,complaining with legal requirement and other requirements, develop the communication means and conduct safety commutes,manage the CAPEX, OPEX for risk mitigation and safety projects,develop the safety awareness and behaviors,set the proper operational control in conjunction with legal requirement, risk assessment and standards requirement, develop and implement of the emergency preparedness and response plans, creat the key performance indicators to follow up the safety performance and conduct the pinch mark process for achieving best in class, conduct the safety management review and set the action plans to fulfilling the EHS MS gabs conduct the internal and cross inspection / audit against OHSAS 18001,ISO 4001 to achieve certificate manage the continual improvement to maintain high level of EHS MS implementation
