Develop, implement, manage and review the company’s
digital strategy in line with organizational values, business
objectives and priorities
• Effective members of Digital Applications & Channels
teams.

business applications, IT infrastructure, databases,
storage, risk management, enterprise security
governance, security operations management, incident
response, telecommunications and web applications.

• Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best
practices between partners and colleagues to help embed
a robust digital ecosystem
• Measure ROI on digital projects, fine-tuning approaches
as needed to ensure we're investing in the right tools.
Participate in implementing core banking system
modules and interfaces such as ERP, compliance, loan
origination, customer onboarding, profiling, collection
system, and CRM.
• Participate in implementing of new card management
system CMS ATM switch, instant issuing project using
data guard, 3d secure by Visa and Master Card.
• Member of the team in implementing all bank Omni-
Channels such as internet banking IBS, mobile banking
MBS, Call center, USSD, IVR, E-commerce, and e-wallet.
The central role is to plan, organize, and manage staff and
overall IT operations (System, Network, and Security,
Databases, Datacenters, and IT Help desk).
• Ensure the stable operation of the organization is IT
infrastructure. This is includes developing, maintaining,
supporting, and optimizing key functional areas,
particularly network infrastructure, server
infrastructure, data communications, Database, security,
and telecommunications systems.
• The Infrastructure Manager will also schedule and direct
activities to resolve hardware and software problems in a
timely and accurate fashion.
• Project manager for Power redundancy project in Main
and DR site.
• Oversees and Manage Disaster Recovery site, DRP/DRS
• IT representative of business continuity planning, BCP
• Participate in Temenos T24 core banking implementation
form infrastructure side “OS, DB, Middleware, Network, ”
in addition to reviewing all bank BRD & FSD Core Banking
documents for CAB Palestine branch and Al SAFA Bank.
• Implementation of ISO 27013 combined ISO 27001 and
ISO 20000.
• Day-to-day direction and management of enterprise
security Operations.

• My involvement included the Insurance of Implementing
and deploying the Electrical design for the project.
• Assisted in the finishing of the bill of quantity to be
assigned and to hand over of all system (Computer Center
and Data & Communication System Power System
Lighting System, Telephone System, Fire Alarm System,
Public Address System, SMATV/MATV System, and CCTV
system) for the project.
