1- Verifies the received insurance claims & related documents from reception or billing clerk.
2- Verifies all information mentioned in the claim (services/treatments with the given diagnosis, coverage and exclusions).
3- Communicates with all doctors regarding missing required information or filling mistakes or rejection details and the cause.
4- Prepares report of the medical errors of the claims or other reports/statements as and when needed.
5- Preparing and sending approvals for in-patient and out-patient (more than 28 insurance companies).
6- Reviewing and auditing insurance-claim forms and related documents daily.
7- Answers any inquiries regarding insurance claims, missing documents, error corrections status.
8- Adheres to all hospital policies, procedures and guidelines in addition to insurance regulations.

, tosoh aia 360, ELISA Reader.
Receives specimens and performs all routine and special tests in the different departments.
Performs semen, urine and stool analysis procedures and also semen processing.
Records, reports and monitors all patient analysis data following proper documentation and procedures.
Calibrate and run control specimen prior to analysis and reports any deviation or equipment malfunction.
Observes proper handling of specimen and safe disposal of biohazard waste.
Troubleshoots malfunctioning instrumentation to ensure quality results.
Documents all maintenance and technical problems per established protocol.
