- Costing.
- Cost killing.
- Follow the stocks and inventory responsible.
- Calculation and analysis of management indicators through a reliable and rigorous system, allowed detecting the failures in time.
- Management reporting.
- Benchmarking implementation between all the companies of the group.
- Business plan development for the new projects of the company
- Participate in the establishment of the financial process of our subsidiaries in Romania (2009-2010) and in Mexico (2013- 2014)
