• Perform All Duties on Axapta Accounting Program.
• Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors.
• Operate typing, adding, calculating, or billing machines and raw matrial.
• Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices and record amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.
• Review documents such as purchase orders, sales tickets, charge slips to compute fees or charges due.
• Perform bookkeeping work, including posting data or keeping other records concerning costs of goods or services or the shipment of goods.
• Keep records of invoices and support documents.
• Contact customers to obtain or relay account information
• Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer.
• Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses.
• Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements.
• Posting to general ledgers.
• Perform all Treasury accounts process and procedure .
