امانة الصندوق واستلام المبالغ من المستدفيدين .
ترحيل قيود القبض والصرف يوميا,
ادارة النقد الوارد والصادر .
- Journalizing the entire transactions ( receipts, payments, sales, purchases) .
- Ledgering all the agents (local & foreign) accounts and coordinating with them about the all reservations costs to providing my manager about booking costs .
- Responsible for Guidance & controlling over the sales team about the new operation I've been created.
- Responsible for the effectiveness & efficiency of the operation, and reframe working all financial issues & any small other things.
• Answering customers phone calls and provide services related to the internet and Phone services.
• Solving issues and problems that customers face concerning their devices, internet and phones and being specialized in the Blackberry devices, I Phone, Broadband and Home internet land-lines.
• Explaining plans, payment methods, bills and services provided by the company to the customers as guiding them to the right choice according to their interests of using cell phones
arrangement of the storage areas, sales Executive, preparing financial reports, bank reconciliation, book keeper, custody of the inventory
• the arrangement of client orders and translation within the suppliers .
• providing facilities to the client including checking the goods and connecting with the suppliers level by level till finish the orders and loading to containers .
