Job Role: Accounting and Auditing Key Roles:

•Verify contracts and ensure that all documents, reports and financial information is kept safely in a manner that ensures availability and review in future if required.

•Punch purchase invoices in the financial accounting system after confirming quantities listed in receipts signed by the storekeeper corresponding to the quantities received.

•Keep track of stock in warehouses and exhibitions, maintain min-max inventory and know the point of re-ordering prior to issuing purchase orders to ensure continuity of work without any shortfall.

•Control documents issued and received by Administration and maintain their integrity and accuracy by assuring that necessary signatures are in place prior to registration in the financial accounting system.

•Record receipts and disbursements with the institution in books and share them with relevant stakeholders.

•Prepare a schedule of financial obligations of the institution for submission to Director - Department of Finance for adoption according to regulations and instructions set in order to complete the process of disbursement to beneficiaries.

•Reconcile the cash balance in accounting records with that at banks (Riyadh, AlFransi and Al Rajhi) through the bank reconciliation statement and prepare statement of conformity with balances available at the end of each month.

•Check payroll and checks to verify the validity of additions and deductions in entitlements of employees and workers and submit them to the Manager responsible for review and approval before disbursement.
