Oversees the daily operation activities, Plans, manage, and implements schedules to ensure deadlines are met, and maintains a smooth operation for the daily project activities, direct and coordinate all organization’s operations. responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization's mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, recruitment, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.

Responsible for Communication and coordination with clients and resolving technical issues with both suppliers and Client also performing various inspection activities on site and at vendor facilities during manufacture, of tanks, Pipes, Valve, Structural Steel, Fittings and gaskets. Review of Inspection Test Plan and Material Verification, Final Visual, Dimensional & Painting Inspection. Review of Final Dossiers prior to acceptance of the product. Verification of vendor compliance to client requirements and specifications.
Responsibilities
• Conducting the inspection activities at vendor’s facility during fabrication & construction, at site during erection & installation.
• Perform all inspection activities on the material;
• Review the material test certificates according to the applicable code & standard;
• Review welding procedure specification, procedure qualification record and carries out qualification tests for welders and welding operators;
• Reviewing the inspection test plan, the quality plan, the engineering & workshop drawing;
• Perform all welding inspection activities, In-Process & Final Inspection;
• Check the condition of the welding equipment’s, inspection tools and the calibration certificates;
• Review all the Non-destructive testing procedures;
• Supervise and witness the Destructive & Non-destructive testing;
• Supervise and witness the Post Weld Heat Treatment, Hydrostatic & Pneumatic testing;
• Review the Post Weld Heat Treatment charts;
• Review all the inspection reports;
• Review the final documentation package;
• Perform Expediting activities and Identify and taking corrective action (with appropriate approval) to ensure the project for cycle time, cost, and quality are met.
• Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
• Hydro-test, plug/seat tightness, packing tightness and set pressure Witnessing.
• Review the blasting & painting procedure;
• Review the batch certificates;
• Supervise the surface preparation before cleaning & painting;
• Cleaning of surface prior to coating application according to SSPC;
• Check the weather condition, surface temperature & humidity before starting painting activities;
• Perform all sand blasting & painting inspection & testing activities.
• Review the certification & the historical record of all the lifting equipment & accessories & EC Declaration of Conformity.
Project Management / Expediting
• Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• making sure the quality standards are met
• Monitoring Suppliers operations involved in producing the materials/equipment specified in the purchase order, including planning, engineering, manufacture, testing and shipment.
• Evaluate manufacturing progress & analyze supplier schedule and progress reports to determine timely project required delivery dates.
• Co coordinating expediting activities with project expediting personal. Obtaining and reporting shipping information.
• Manage the orders of material and equipment to meet project requirements
• Coordinate the delivery of supplies per priorities and specifications
• Resolve problems to speed up production/delivery of orders
• Monitor inventory of supplies for different jobs or sites
• Arrange the movement of material between locations
• Keeping accurate records
• Advising customers on how best to use the products or services provided.
• Selling and consulting on technologically and scientifically advanced products.
• Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product or service and how it may suit the customer better than competing product
• Conducting market research and obtaining feedback from clients to improve existing products.
• Simplifying technical terms during product demonstrations and post-sales customer support.
• Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting with new clients to expand sales territories.
• Updating orders and sales and negotiating the best contract terms.
• Listening to customers’ needs and advising them on the best products to buy.
• Provide welding consumable and equipment solutions or recommendations to clients
• Prepare and submit bid packages including proposal and any other required documents
• Train and mentor essential personnel on welding machines, products, and welding consumables
• Troubleshoot welding-related issues and apply effective solutions
• Implementing Global Project Methodology and standard engineering work processes.
• Identifying and taking corrective action (with appropriate approval) to ensure the project goals
• for cycle time, cost, and quality are met.
• Provide timely and adequate technical support to the global organization on the assigned products.
• Evaluating, organizing and prioritizing work within the overall project schedule.
• Manage and follow up on the complaints of the customers.
