-The real estate and private property management, leasing the same, making private contracts.
-Buying the lands for sale in an appropriate price fit with the policy of the company regarding their locations, the elevations allowed, their prices, and presenting them the board chairman.
-Trying to reach the largest number of clients, making the company known, bringing different projects to the constructions department.
-Visiting the real estate as planned and as necessary according to the services standards included in the management agreement.
-Following-up the lessees, listening to their complaints, follow-up, and coordinate with the maintenance department, solving their own problems as well.

-Collecting the monthly leases and renewing the lease contracts.
-Following-up the evacuation of the property with the lessees, including all the financial matters, collecting the amounts, disconnecting the electrical current, and property maintenance after evacuation.
-Preparing the reports and files for each real property.
-Making Excel program for the new real estate offers and launching them for sale or lease.
-Preparing a broad customer base interested in the last details in order to know the best for each client.
-Managing the effective communication between customers and owners for the purpose of establishing a strong commercial relation.
-Creating strong relations with most of the different departments related with field of real estate development.
-Preparing broad base of relations with major companies in most of the sectors and agencies interested in leasing fairs in most of the areas in Qatar for opening their branches.
