PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:

►Digital Marketing (Owned/Paid Media)

- Manages all campaigns through responsible planning, measurement and optimization.
- Partners with others in the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital media plans spanning video, social media, display, search, email and the next “it” media.
- Provides regular reporting on return of advertising spend. Provides insight to organizational leaders on their impact of store conversion.
- Oversees the social media voice and increases follower engagement by creating conversation between the brand and consumers on a daily basis.
- Critically evaluates the financial impact of social media and guides spend decisions toward this channel appropriately.
- Regularly provides feedback and insights gained from social media monitoring to analyze effectiveness and help evolve strategies in a timely fashion.
- Monitors engagement and provides fact-based guidance on shaping the brand based on audience resonance.

►Brand Management

- Collaborates with marketing leadership in the development of the annual marketing plan.
- Reviews market research to help anticipate market/industry trends and translates evolving needs into new digital branding directions.
- Presents recommendations to changes in digital brand strategy.
- Develops innovative online marketing ideas that help generate brand awareness, Growth and Leads.
- Assists in developing both static imagery and video content as related to any digital media creative needs
