FO TEAM LEAD (SHIFT MANAGER)
Responsibility
*Responsible for monitoring and ensuring all applications(IP clock synchronization of U2000 and FM SYSTEMS), server based application OSS report correctly at real time
* LAN port troubleshooting to clear connectivity faults to server and other Ethernet ports
* Ensuring all wireless service are working correctly
* Co-ordinates the activities of all Front office engineers.
* Assume NOC leadership in the absence of FO Manager and NOC manager.
* Synchronizes escalation between the BSS, TRX, Fiber, Core Network (PS and CS), Enterprise link and Passive terminals.
* Analysis FO performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
*Manage and follow up on all critical escalation on Fiber, BSS, Core network and all enterprise Link.
*Liaising with BO BSS, BO TRX, FIBER, and OSN team to manage all failures on the network and generation of RCA within Service level agreement (SLA).
* Ensuring that all trunks and fiber links are properly protected during change request activity (CR) on the links and manage outages with minimum effect on the network.
*Ensure opening and closure of ticket to meet MTTR within Service level agreement (SLA). SLA
* Advanced escalation to senior management staffs and customers
*Collation of all critical outages for incident reports on the network
* Reporting of all critical issues to management and Customers
* Responsible for Monitoring of all change request during my shift
*Responsible for monitoring all cutovers on the different RNC’s and BSC’s
* Collation of all 3G outages and Running tickets
*Weekly Team performance analysis of all FOs
* Monthly appraisal analysis of all FOs
