Revision of all documents concerning health and safety of the project in accordance to the standard and statutory as per the contractual requirement of the project.
Attendance of weekly progress meeting to give update on the health and safety issues on site with recommend corrective actions that should/must be taken.
daily inspection of site in order to discern issues that has to do with health and safety, write report and decide on appropriate and suitable controls to mitigate all hazards associated on the project.
➢ hazard identification and conduction of risk assessment on work activities on site.
➢ Ensure all identified hazards are properly mitigated and risks reduced to the lowest level.
➢ Reporting of potential hazard to the management.
➢ Controlling of flood and accumulated water are effectively controlled .

-Revision of all method statements, risk assessment and job safety analysis
-conduct weekly HSE walk-through and prepare report with corrective and recommendation actions to be taken on project
-conduct weekly and monthly HSE meetings
-Significant expertise working with QCS2010 regulations and regulatory compliance and enforcing contractors adhere with the law and regulation according to OHSAS18001, QCS 2010 and local laws and regulations such as HSE Plan, CEMP, Method statement etc.
-Experience in implementing and monitoring effective Quality management systems and processes
-Daily site walk through inspection with verbal corrective action and report for prompt action by contractors
-Provide monthly report to the Top Management and report any short fall to the appropriate authority with proper justification and recommendations.
-liaise in Preparing HSE Plan in accordance with the client’s HSE Management System
-Ensure adequate permit to work system are followed and risk assessment is in place to eliminate hazards.
-Establish and monitor an emergency rescue/response plan and periodic drills / training in case of an emergency preparation and updating overall staff’s HSE Matrix.
➢ Performs gas tests for Confined Space Entry& Carries out safety equipment checks. Monitor and support all HES initiatives and key performance indicators with a view to achieving zero lost time incidents.
➢ Co-operates with internal and external audit groups and assists as required. Manage and coordinate offshore emergency preparedness plans, drills and exercises, and assesses and reports performance.
➢ Provides emergency team support, leadership and training and participates as required.
➢ Assesses and reports status of environmental monitoring programs at operational level. Reviews general safety and Company Emergency Response Plans to ensure statutory compliance and current application to practice.
➢ Foster a strong health, safety and environmental protection culture to the entire team always looking for opportunities to raise the level of HSE awareness.
Ensure accident-reporting system is in operation and used effectively.
➢ Investigate all incidents including near misses and establish cause and corrective action to avoid further recurrence.
➢ Maintain accurate safety statistics of accidents, Incidents and near misses.
➢ Review and upgrade standards and procedure in the work environments focusing on continue improvements to eliminate and prevent injury or decease.

➢ To make sure easy access and egress are in place from all workstations to protect workers from potential hazards.

➢ Ensure proper house keeping is observed daily on site
