▪ Coach, manage and lead the OS Team on delivery beyond
expectations.
▪ Drive the stability and availability of 2, 600+ Unix/Linux
operating system footprints across all infrastructure sites.
▪ Private, hybrid cloud planning, deployment, and management.
▪ Manage private cloud infrastructure hosting Kubernetes
microservices such as Tanzu, OKD and OpenShift.
▪ Deploy, patch, and administer services and tasks utilizing
platform management services - RedHat Satellite, Oracle

▪ Provide faster turnaround times using platform automation
and enablers - Ansible, Python, BASH and Expect.
▪ Maintain positive security posture for infrastructure nodes
against vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.

SAN and NAS endpoints.
▪ Actualize the business continuity plans of the organization by
ensuring the availability, reliability, and accessibility of the
disaster recovery compute environment.
▪ Achieve all set KPIs for incident/request handling as well as all
touchpoints of operations.
▪ Walk-in new hires and ensure smooth team integration.
▪ De-escalate incidents, proffer, or motivate in the direction of
problem resolution.
