Assist the Unit Head - HR Administration in providing employee services
Handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities
Verify and audit all employment contract-associated paperwork in accordance to the company procedures & policies and local Labor Law
Correspond via emails and phone calls to the branch offices in Lebanon
Maintain confidentiality in relation to personal employee information and company’s sensitive issues
Effective assistance in HR service through planning and execution of work processes
Manage and maintain personnel records in accordance to company procedures
Help maintain strong internal customer relationships with designated company business areas
Identify, analyze and solve HR issues and contribute to HR process as required
My Duties and Responsibilities:
Referring issues to senior HR staff
Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/ advertisers
Participating in the collection of market salary information for the annual review
Inputting into the monthly payroll
Responding to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the company
Data entry of all daily processes
Fill and keep records of all documents
Assist in various administrative work
Help in problem solving and resolve challenges
