As June 2016, the company decided to separate the customer services from the marketing Dept., after this action, I've been assigned to the Costumer services dept. as department supervisor, i have take responsibility of all import customer to solve any issue and try to build a very strong and long relationship with customer .
in 2014, I've been assigned as Europe Treads Marketing and customer services in charge to handle all business related issue with MSC's customer in Europe continental.
I started as Sales and Marketing executive till med of 2013. MSC Saudi started anew project in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia (King Abdullah Port), at that time I've been assigned as Customer services representative along with the current position as Sales and Marketing representative.
