• Completed the MEIA Graduate program with 3 month assignment in Dubai
• Change manufacturing process and make it suitable as per the plant suitability.
• Adjust Raw material sequence in the formulations and check it is working.
• Open and remove new codes from assortment for new products and old products as required by marketing team.
• Follow up new trial batches and regular production batches in case if any abnormality is reported.
• Responsible for organizing all Quality control (QC) tests for finished products and local raw material (RM) to ensure that they match the specifications.
• Ensure that all the process checks, RM and finished goods tests are done in time with repeatability and reproducibility of results.
• Check and categorize returned goods to check quality and evaluate the availability of reprocessing/disposal/keeping as finished goods to ensure the maximum benefit.
• Manage all color activities including color development and multicolor operations.
• Coordination with Regional Research and Development to standardize the paint recipes’ to meet the highest customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that all products are following the Jotun’s specifications along with local standard specifications/ regulations.
• Responsible for customer complaint handling, root cause analyses, provide technical support and coordinate with sales/ customer.
• Manage the Quality Control activities by developing, implementing, monitoring and updating the quality control system to ensure that product and service delivery to customer is in good quality.
- Provide onsite services under general supervision by testing, measuring and supervising the operation of fluid pumping and mixing.
- Responsible for maintaining fluid properties on rig sites by accurately testing the properties of the fluid.
- Provide constant support to aid operations in providing customers the most efficient, environmentally safe drilling fluids that are available.
- Conduct standardized testing during the drilling process and use a variety of methods to change the mud's viscosity, including adjusting the mud's temperature, pH balance and chemical components.
-Updating and creating new certificates as per regulations
-Updating the monthly total whole sales report
-Preparing the monthly detailed sales report per country
-Correcting and approving Offshore invoices/Ocean freights to management
-Revising and updating order form with newly released options
-Maintained scheduled office hours and assist with the daily office operation as determined by supervisor
