Job description :
- Answer incoming phone calls for clients (Customer service / authorization)
- Make the needed outgoing phone calls to clients / merchants.
- Enter application data on premium card.
- Receive and send faxes / emails.
- Meet clients at counter.
- Fill the needed information in the log book during shift
- Flag the delivered cards on ARAMEX sheet.
- Follow up on returned cards from ARAMEX.
- Learn and operate the entire department filling system.
- Solve client’s problems and complete the pending issues.
- Execute client’s written requested on system (Cancellation reissuing - supplementary card requested and reactivation).
- Learn the embossing cycle (full information).
- Know all about the marketing materials sent to clients.
- Operating all equipments in the department (Fax - Photo copier - auto mailer).
