Project Details: Installation of 32', 40', and 52' Fuel Gas and Gas Oil Piple lines and Pumping Station from Mina Ahmadi to Shuaiba and Mina Al Zour Power Station
Duties:
•Discussing requirements with the client and other professionals (e.g architects)
•Assessing materials, costs and time requirements to make sure that the project on the correct track.
•Managing, directing and monitoring progress during each phase of a project
•Making sure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements.
•Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
•Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.

Project Details: Construction of Central Utility Plant (CUP 1 & CUP 2) including Ancillary Buildings & Substations.
Duties:
•Planned and executed all civil related work at site as per job sheet provided while ensuring that project program is maintained and followed at all times
•Supervised work of foreman and sub-contractors and validated conformance to project specifications including quality, cost/ budget and project time-plan. Proactively identified potential risks/ bottle-necks and undertook actions to counter the same
•Routinely prepared and presented project status reports to Project Manager. Closely monitored budgets and schedules; maintained up to date records of all critical project details and complied with all safety regulations and statutory requirements.
•Analyzing and interpreting all project information and routinely generating an array of technical reports/ project status reports for strategic analysis and interpretation by senior management.
•Collaborating with team members, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors for smooth accomplishment of project objectives. Supporting implementation of safe work practices while ensuring standard operating procedures are followed at all times.

Project: Laying Underground Cables of 132kv for 1.5 meter depth & with different widths, to energize Jaber Al-Ahmed Ares (new city) with electricity
Duties:
•Worked as site engineer and supervision on (CCC) work.
•To represent the company and enhance relationships in dealings with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities.
•Communication between site work and Ls Cable Main office. - Processing paper work with Ministry of Electrical & Water for our project to be continued.
•Managing of Ls Cable stuff work and arranging all materials they needed in site.
•To ensure timely payments are received from MEW in accordance with contract conditions. - To lead a Project team to ensure timeframes and MEW satisfaction are met.
