- Presenting the product in a structured professional way face to face.
- Provide accurate information (product features, pricing, dimensions etc...) .
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale .
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails .
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy .
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the showroom manager & entering figures into a computer system (SAP system) .
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations .
- Welcoming customer and routing them to their targeted product
- Selling furniture fabrics, curtains fabrics. products and meeting sales targets
- Making Quotations for every customer
- Increasing the showroom sales volume
- Following up with the customers till order accomplishment
- Follow up with production and installation team and customer - service team to maintain order time frame
