Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinating with more than 100 sub-contractors on issues like security permits to enter the site and consultancy services regarding the necessary requirements to work on nuclear, oil and gas fields.
Acquiring all necessary letters and permits from the client to launch the project’s first phase.
As a main contractor, I have been the main link between the client and the sub-contractors on issues like contract attestations and providing the client with all sorts of information such as labor lists, vehicle lists and contracts between contractors … etc.
Meeting with high rank dignities and reporting the projects administration work progress on site and in Abu Dhabi.
Reporting on a daily basis.
Advising in H.R activities and sourcing candidates to fill in vacancies.
Carrying out interviews in Arabic and English with Arabs on behalf of the H.R dept.
Escorting and Guiding delegations through site inspections on a regular basis.
Solving all security related issues on site and coordinating between the UAE army site security and the workers.
Acquiring permits for all the vehicles and heavy equipment on site.
Main link between the site’s administration and all of the governmental dept. such as Municipalities, Embassies, Traffic dept., Security permits dept… etc.)
Duties/Responsibilities
• Carrying out instructions from the Managing Director for all P.R activities.
• Handling all the governmental procedures for all the Corporations foreign companies in the U.A.E.
• Representing the Group and its companies in all of the governmental and private organizations.
• Handling all licensing procedures as well as visa, labor and immigration procedure for all the groups companies.
• Coordinating documents and requests between the Groups management and other concerned companies within the Group.
• Corresponding and Coordinating with the partner companies regarding their status and legal documentation for governmental departments.
Duties/Responsibilities
• Member of the team in charge of importing and clearing goods procedures from the ports.
• Conducts documents’ processing and delivery procedures to the clients.
• Reports to Managing Director on all imports and document procedures.
• Coordinates with distributors, suppliers, and clients on new products and services, special offers, company updates, etc.
• Attends to customers’ queries and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
• Attends meetings with clients and superiors regularly.
• Performs general administration duties in the office.
• Represents the company in all governmental and non-governmental offices.
• Handles all the company’s legal documents, license renewal, labor permits and all P.R duties.
